This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures for the internship program.
7-14 working days for refund processing
After program access is granted
Original payment method only
You may cancel your internship registration under the following conditions:
100% refund if you haven't accessed any program materials
70% refund if no more than 10% of program content accessed
No refund once program access is granted and content is viewed
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
Email your refund request to sednainfo5@gmail.com with your application details, payment ID, and reason for cancellation.
Our team will verify your eligibility based on program access logs and timing. This may take 2-3 business days.
If approved, refund will be processed within 7-14 working days to your original payment method.
You will receive email confirmation once refund is initiated and another when it's completed.

Since our internship program provides immediate access to digital content, refunds are limited. Please ensure you have read the program details, requirements, and technical specifications before registering. Demo/preview materials are available upon request before registration.
